  • To promote the sports of hockey, figure skating, recreational skating, and related athletic activities in a safe environment
  • To encourage friendly relations with other communities which are interested in similar sports

Company Profile
​Northboro Youth Hockey Program was incorporated in 1970 as a non profit charitable organization. In September of 1976 the Northboro Youth Hockey program purchased the Westboro Ice Arena and changed the name to NorthStar Youth Forum. Today, the three-rink complex is known as NorthStar Ice Sports and provides the community with hockey and figure skating programs.

​The NorthStar Ice Sports is a member of the Northeast Ice Skating Managers Association (NEISMA), the Ice Skating Institute (ISI) and the United States Figure Skating Association (USFSA).
